This can happen. The usual process is:

1. Make sure you are signed in – if you don’t have a user account, create one on the checkout page!

2. After you purchase an online information product, course, script, etc. – the site will take time to refresh.  This can take up to 30 seconds – the site hasn’t frozen!  During this time, the software is making sure you have access to that product!

If for some reason, something goes wrong, email tom@maherstudios.com with your user name and purchase information. I will help you get to your product!  (I will act as fast as possible, but please realize that this could take a couple of days.)

When Clinton Detweiler owned Maher Studios, he was a figure maker and produced reasonably priced ventriloquist dummies to sell.  After Clinton passed away, Maher Studios was transferred to new ownership.  I am not a figure builder. Maher Studios new focus is creating informational products to help people improve their skills and become better ventriloquists.  For that reason, we no longer sell ventriloquist figures.

No. Maher Ventriloquist Studios does not perform figure repairs.  You are welcome to contact us by email to see if we can direct you to someone that may be able to help.

On your account page, you will find a product menu.  All purchased products should appear in that menu.  Simply click on the product you wish to access and you will be taken to that information.

There is no time limit, once you purchase a product it will remain in your products to be accessed as needed.

Because of the online nature of our products, I recommend you sign out before making the purchase, then create a user account for the receipient during the checkout.  You may then provide the account information to the recipient to sign in and access their gift.
