I don't have a PayPal account. Are there other payment methods?
You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. They will still process your credit card securely and allow you to make your purchases. This is the easiest way to get instant access to our online materials including our courses, the I.V.S. and our ventriloquist scripts.
If you prefer not to use a credit card, you may print out the order form from our catalog page and send your order with a check. Please be sure to include your Maher username and email address so we may add on-line products to your account and notify you when they are activated.

I purchased a product but did not get instant access! What do I do?
This can happen. The usual process is:
Click PayPal Button to purchase – you go to the PayPal site, it accepts the purchase and finally returns you to a special page on the Maher web site.
On that page – if you are not a member of the web site (with user name and password) you will need to create it there. The system will then create your membership and send you to the product.
If you are already a Maher Member or a member of the IVS, you click the Returning Users link. That will advance you to a special users page where you will sign in, your account will be updated and you will be forwarded to your product.
If for some reason, something goes wrong, email tom@maherstudios.com with your user name and purchase information. I will help you get to your product!
I am interested in ordering a new ventriloquist dummy. Do you have a catalog?
When Clinton Detweiler owned Maher Studios, he was a figure maker and produced reasonably priced ventriloquist dummies to sell. After Clinton passed away, Maher Studios was transferred to new ownership. Because I am a professional performer, I do not have the time to make figures. Maher Studios new focus is creating informational products to help people improve their skills and become better ventriloquists. For that reason, we no longer sell ventriloquist figures.
Can you repair my ventriloquist figure?
No. Maher Ventriloquist Studios does not perform figure repairs. You are welcome to contact us by email to see if we can direct you to someone that may be able to help.
I can't access my products! Help!
First, make certain you are signed in on the web site. If you are signed in and the appropriate links do not appear, it may be a browser cache issue. Try doing a forced reload of the page on your browser.
For a PC running Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
If the links still do not appear, contact our me to verify your membership and offer solutions.
The system won't accept my email address. Why?
That means your email already has an account on our system! At some point you must have created a user account. PLEASE – do not create another account with a different email. Simply use the forgot password option and the system should send you an email with the information. If you still have problems, email all the information to me!
