It is conVENTion week! Finally!

Those of you attending have probably been counting down the days. Those of you not attending are probably really wishing you were.

I have been on the road for a few days now. I managed to contract a theatre show a few hours south of Cincinnati for this past Saturday night. Sunday morning I woke and drove up to Erlanger, KY to check in at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport Hotel. That is the new home of the VHC.

I’m assuming Mark & Ken came in yesterday too. (I actually wrote this a few weeks ago – and we were all supposed to check in Sunday.)

That means today, Mark will start coordinating with the hotel management and the Kentucky Convention Bureau. Ken and I will be desperately trying to figure out the best way to set up the showroom. It will be laid out differently this year. The room isn’t as deep, so instead of a wide setup, we will be creating a longer theatre style showroom.

I am sure some people will be there when I go down for breakfast this morning. More will drift in through the day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

And the fun starts as soon as people arrive.

If you aren’t joining us this year, I’m serious when I say start saving your money now for 2019.

And if you are joining us this year – I’ll see you soon!

P.S. – There will be no blog next week. But check back in two weeks when the regularly scheduled program resumes!
